Google 411, a new free phone service by Google, lets you find the location of any business anywhere and also connects you to them. For example, you must input the country, state, and city, along with the name of the business. You can receive the address, multiple locations, and much more valuable information. And it is all free!

It is voice, and I'm not sure if it is also text-messaged based. I have only used it by voice.
