I was lucky enough to receive a SC2 beta cd key a day ago, however, evidently the Patch 9 had some US-wide errors when attempting installation.

I downloaded the installer, and proceeded through the installation. When it finished, it automatically began updating my version by installing Patch 9. Patch 9 has looping problems: it would reach 100%, and then restart over and over and over again. It soon became clear that everyone in the United States was having this problem, and Blizzard soon placed Battle.net down for maintenance to attempt to fix the problem.

Understandably, I am disappointed my first day with SC2 was strife with anxiety and a looping downloader.

too bad you don't say anything substantial. "i'm active a lot more". unfortunately, if you haven't noticed, your being "more active" is actually leading to a detrimental effect on the forum

Again, you can't talk. Some of my posts are, indeed, off-topic, but percentage wise, I am doing a lot better than you. You can't just come back to the forum after a few months and act like you own the forum.
